Office Policies

Payment Information

Payment is required at the time that services are rendered. We accept payment in the forms of cash, money order, and Care Credit. We accept all major credit cards with the exceptions of American Express and Discover. We also do not accept personal checks.

Health savings accounts can be used, we request that patients verify their benefits and confirm that there are no holds or stops on their account prior to their appointments.

Appointment Policies

Patients may make appointments through contacting the office directly, or through Zocdoc. The office has a strict policy that after 2 no shows or missed appointments without a phone call, we can no longer offer appointments. Furthermore, patients who reschedule more than 2 times within the same day of the appointment on Zocdoc will no longer be accommodated. A $50 charge will be incurred for any missed appointments.
