In the first visit, the dentist will shape your teeth as needed. Then, an impression of the shaped teeth will be taken, and sent to a laboratory. There, a custom fitting bridge will be fabricated that will match your existing teeth in the same size, shape, and color. In the second visit, the permanent bridge is then inserted. A temporary bridge is fabricated between the visits.
